Not satisfied with your order? No problem! We offer a full refund within 7 days of receiving your item. While we do not offer mail-in returns at this time, you can bring the product to our store or arrange to drop it off in person.

Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Exchange Policy

Received a damaged or incorrect item? We’re here to help! To request an exchange:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item.

2. Email us at artistichomeware.canada@gmail.com with a photo or video showing the issue.

We’ll promptly arrange an exchange for you.
