Return Policy: All of our sales are FINAL and no return is accepted

Exchange Policy: In case of damaged or incorrect product delivery, an exchange request must be made no later than 24 hours after customer receives their purchased products. To request an exchange, please email us with a picture/video of your damaged/incorrect product to artistichomeware.canada@gmail.com
